The Site is a corporate/product information portal for B2B audiences. It helps visitors understand our product categories and submit requests for quotation (RFQs). The Site is not an e-commerce checkout and does not constitute an offer. Any sale is governed by a separate, executed contract (e.g., quotation, purchase agreement, sales terms).
You confirm you are acting for a business or in a professional capacity and have authority to bind that business. The Site is not intended for consumer use.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Informational only. Product descriptions, specifications, certifications, availability, lead times, and prices on the Site are general and may change without notice; they are not warranties or commitments.
Contracts rule. The written quote/contract we issue (including quality, compliance, logistics, Incoterms®, payment, and other special terms) prevails over Site content.
Compliance docs. Statements about standards (e.g., REACH, RoHS, FDA) can depend on the exact grade, lot, producer, and jurisdiction. Request current documentation (e.g., COA/COC/MSDS/test reports) during the RFQ stage.
You will not: (a) attempt to breach or test Site security; (b) access data not intended for you; (c) use bots/scrapers to copy content at scale; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (e) interfere with others’ use; (f) use the Site in violation of laws, sanctions, or export controls.
Content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, downloads, layout) is owned by or licensed to GSW and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for internal business evaluation only. Any other use (copying, modification, distribution, framing, data mining) needs our prior written consent.
If you submit RFQs, messages, documents, or feedback, you: (i) grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and share them internally and with service providers to respond; (ii) confirm you have rights to the material; (iii) will not submit confidential or proprietary information through public forms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data and cookies. By using the Site, you consent to our processing consistent with that policy.
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law:
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, in no event will GSW, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed HKD 10,000 (ten thousand Hong Kong dollars) or the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the Site, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GSW and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
You will comply with all applicable export control, customs, and sanctions laws (including those administered by Hong Kong, the U.S., U.K., E.U., and U.N.). You will not use the Site to transact with or for the benefit of sanctioned parties or in prohibited jurisdictions. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe a violation may occur.
You will comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws (including Hong Kong’s Prevention of Bribery Ordinance). Do not offer, promise, give, request, or accept bribes in any form in connection with use of the Site or dealings with GSW.
We expect users and counterparties to comply with applicable modern slavery, human trafficking, and human rights laws and to maintain appropriate due diligence within their supply chains.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures for Site security and availability, but cannot guarantee continuous operation. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Site (or any part) for maintenance, upgrades, or business reasons without notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in misuse.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemics, labor disputes, supplier failures, embargoes, war, terrorism, power outages, internet failures, or governmental actions.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and GSW regarding Site use. No waiver of any term is effective unless in writing and signed by GSW; no failure or delay in enforcing any right is a waiver of that right.
If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, that term will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
These Terms are provided in English and govern. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
